Judges Josey-Herring, Broderick, and Morin Seek Senior Status

D.C. Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure is inviting comments on the qualifications and fitness of D.C. 高等法院 Chief Judge Anita Josey-Herring, who is seeking recommendation for an initial appointment as a senior judge of the court upon the expiration of her current term on September 30. Senior Judges Patricia Broderick and Robert Morin, whose current terms also expire in September, 正在寻求连任.
