Judicial membership is 可用 to judges of courts of record; full-time court commissioners; U.S. bankruptcy judges; U.S. magistrate judges; other persons who perform a judicial function on an exclusive basis, 由联邦或州法规设立的官员, or by administrative agency rule; 和 退休 judges who are eligible for temporary judicial assignments 和 are not engaged in the practice of law.
